
Bernhard Ollmann
Director and Chief Operating OfficerBernhard Ollmann is an Austrian national and a graduate of the Hotel School at Bad Leonfelden, Austria. Bernhard has over 20 years of international hospitality and restaurant experience.
His forte being operations, Bernhard has worked in Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong and in various locations in Thailand, with leading international and regional hotel companies such as the Ritz Carlton, Le Meridien, OMNI Hotels & Resorts and Century International Hotels.
Bernhard's career began in some of Europe's finest Michelin Star kitchens, which later developed into leading roles in the culinary departments of hotels in Saigon and Hong Kong. In 2000, Bernhard was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. Thereafter, Bernhard moved on to become the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage at the 500-room Landmark Hotel in Bangkok, in 2002.
Being an 'opening specialist', Bernhard led the pre-opening and opening efforts of the five-star Le Meridien Resort in Khao Lak in 2004. Under HOTELCORP management, Bernhard also opened the Ramada Resort in Phuket and the Ramada Resort in Khao Lak, Thailand, in 2006. All properties have been successfully positioned and are leading the competitive set in their respective markets.
