Stéphane Fagez
Director of Operations, VietnamOver 20 years in the hospitality industry, Stéphane spent 15 years managing hotels and resorts for ACCOR. Since 2005 he owns Café Rouge in Townsville, North Queensland.
Stéphane resort management experiences include Accor's Coralia properties, Sotifel and Novotel in Tahiti, Egypt, Indonesia and Thailand. In Australia Stéphane managed Contiki Resort. In most of these properties, sometimes in remote destinations, Stéphane contributed to diversifying their mix, improving internal sales as well as achieving record breaking profitability.
Managing and opening hotels, from economy to up market properties also took Stéphane to London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Guyana, Townsville as well as Jakarta and Singapore.
A dual French/Australian national, Stéphane graduated from Toulouse Hotel School / France and holds an MBA from IMHI - Cornell/Essec.
